To use your time efficiently and make the right decisions, we need a detailed and structured clinical analysis of the information regarding your health. We are sure that you share our approach. Therefore, please take a few simple steps before addressing our Center:

Make a call to our contact center and make an appointment with the doctor at a convenient time.

Please, download, fill in and send the allergy form to info@alergie.md. It is important for your treating physician to get familiar with the clinical picture before your visit.

Bring a list of all the medications you take, as well as any data from other instrumental and laboratory tests previously performed, such as X-ray image, etc., to the doctor’s office.

IMPORTANT

  • Payment for medical services is made before we start providing them

  • Patients under the age of 18 are consulted in the presence of their parents or guardians!
